Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Million Bulls ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Million Bulls mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, when appropriate, through other means such as email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Account Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You may register using:

• Email address and password
• Google Sign-In (subject to Google's terms)

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• Ensuring you log out of your account when using shared devices

Use of the Service

Permitted Use

You may use our Service for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service:

• In compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• In a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others
• Without attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Without interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers

Service Features

Our Service includes, but is not limited to:

• Goal and habit tracking
• Coach subscriptions and content access
• Community posts and interactions
• Video and image sharing
• Messaging between users
• Diet recommendations
• Bootcamp content
• User profiles and social features

User Content

Content You Post

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share on the Service ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights
• Contain defamatory, libelous, or false information
• Include hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Contain sexually explicit or pornographic material
• Promote violence or illegal activities
• Include spam, scams, or fraudulent content
• Violate anyone's privacy or personal information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Contain viruses, malware, or harmful code

Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate User Content
• Remove or refuse to post any User Content for any reason
• Take appropriate action, including account termination, for violations

You acknowledge that we may not review all User Content and are not responsible for User Content posted by users.

Coach Subscriptions

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis
• Subscription fees are set by individual coaches
• Some coaches may offer free subscriptions
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

Payment

• All subscription fees are processed through our secure payment gateway (Stripe)
• You agree to provide valid payment information
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees
• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will continue to have access to coach content until the end of the paid period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

Refunds & Disputes

• Refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis; submit requests to info@1millionbulls.com
• We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our refund policy criteria
• If a payment fails, your subscription may be paused until the method is updated

Coach Responsibilities

Becoming a Coach

• Coaches must apply and be verified by our team
• Coaches must provide accurate information about their expertise and credentials
• We reserve the right to reject or revoke coach status at our discretion

Coach Content & Conduct

• Coaches are responsible for all content they post, which must comply with Terms
• Coaches must maintain professional conduct and avoiding harassment/discrimination
• Violations may result in coach status revocation and account termination

Coach Payments

• Coaches receive 80% of subscription fees, with 20% retained as platform fees
• Payments are processed monthly; coaches are responsible for their own taxes
• We reserve the right to withhold payments in cases of policy violations or disputes

Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including design, logos, and software, is owned by Million Bulls and protected by IP laws. You may not exploit any part without permission.

Your IP: You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us the licenses described above.

Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate laws or infringe IP rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam, use bots, or scrape data
• Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt servers
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without consent (except verified coaches)

Termination

By You: Terminate anytime by contacting us or via account settings.

By Us: We may suspend/terminate immediately for violations, illegal activity, non-payment, or harassment.

Upon termination, access is revoked, content may be deleted, and outstanding fees remain due.

Disclaimers

No Professional Advice

Content (coach advice, diets, bootcamps) is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for your specific situation.

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILLION BULLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Million Bulls from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your User Content.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Resolution: Informal resolution first. If unresolved, binding arbitration applies (except distinct small claims). Class action waiver applies.

General Provisions

These Terms and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, it will be limited, and others remain in effect. We may assign these Terms. Force majeure applies.
